Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date without any charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, including same-day cancellations, will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.
  • In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged.
  • Any applicable promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or date changes.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via the same booking channel used to make the reservation (hotel website, OTA, or direct booking).

  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
 

Modification Policy

  • Reservation modifications (date changes, room changes) are subject to availability and rate differences.
  • Changes made within the cancellation period may incur charges.
 

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Easy Hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements if necessary.

Hotel Rights

  • Easy Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay due to inappropriate behavior, violation of hotel policies, or non-payment.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by hotel negligence.
 

Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
